Day 5

I was feeling sick this morning so I couldn't go to the water temple. I stayed at the house and slept some more. After dinner we had a meeting and they told us more about Nusa Penida and the turtle project. We will be doing some teaching also and go on a lot of trips. I'm excited to go to the beach. The volunteer house is just a 5 minute walk from it!
After that we went to a Balinese dance show. It was really cool, they told an old Hindu story. I really like these stories and just the whole Hindu culture! I'm really going to miss the feeling of this island, everybody is so friendly and life is easy. When I think about going home in 7 weeks I already feel sad. Although the experience on Java will be every different since it isn't so touristic and a Islamic Island. So maybe there this feeling will go away but... Let's hope not!
Tomorrow it's weekend and we were told that Kuta Beach isn't that great. So we will plan a trip tomorrow around ubud, maybe to see a Temple (since I didn't get to see one today)
